Aflac Waco, TX is seeking a licensed Insurance Agent to design and implement supplemental programs for businesses. You will work directly with owners and HR teams, building lasting relationships and creating recurring income while benefiting from Aflac’s trusted brand and support.

Responsibilities include sales, presentations, enrollment support, relationship-building, marketing, lead generation, and ongoing client service to protect employees from unexpected costs.

Qualifications

• Active state insurance license (Life and/or Health)
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
