You will quote, bind, and service auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional client service. A structured two-month training program and ongoing guidance help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Goal-driven, proactive team player.
• Willingness to complete two-month training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each client's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
