Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License Required

This position does not provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you might be a good fit for Progressive’s insurance agent position. This work-from-home role involves building relationships through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission. You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. Bring your active license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to facilitate the sales process, allowing you to focus on the customer. Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• At least two years of relevant work experience or
• Two years of post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and reading)

Training starts June or July 2025

Schedule: Full-time, with schedules typically including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements:

• Designated quiet workspace
• High-speed internet (at your expense unless law states otherwise)
• Computer must be connected via cable to the router/modem
• Hardware must be connected to a surge protector

Compensation:

• $22/hour
• Annual cash incentive up to 16% based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• Additional $1/hour if bilingual (English & Spanish)
