We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while helping them understand their insurance options. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively. A background in benefits administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and support.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products to provide accurate information.
• Assist clients with the benefits administration process, ensuring they understand their policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• AZ Licensed Insurance Agent.
• Proven experience in insurance industry or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Multilingual or proficiency is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
