Job summary

Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A) to provide group and individual therapy for adults, adolescents, or children with emotional or substance use challenges. You will develop treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team and apply CBT techniques while assisting in discharge planning.

Requirements include a Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure as LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LMFT-A, with at least two years in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• LPC, LMSW, LMFT or LMFT-A required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience; inpatient psychiatric preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in group and individual settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Apply cognitive behavioral theory and methods.
• Contribute to discharge planning and activities planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
