Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a West Virginia-licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a full-time Telehealth role. You will provide therapy to adults via virtual appointments, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and WV licensure requirements.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, documentation, and connection to community resources while adhering to licensing and confidentiality standards in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in clinical mental health treatment
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Strong organization and professional judgment

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adults
• Review each client’s history, current concerns, and overall situation
• Provide diagnosis and clinical support within your scope of practice
• Keep session notes and other required records complete and current
• Revisit cases when symptoms, circumstances, or risk levels change

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

The Role

This position is for a West Virginia-licensed LICSW who will provide therapy to clients through virtual appointments. You will work with adults facing a range of mental health concerns and take an active role in understanding what is affecting them, both clinically and in their day-to-day lives. The work includes direct therapy, case follow-up, documentation, and helping clients connect with other services when those needs fall outside the scope of counseling.
