Job summary

Grow Therapy is partnering with licensed clinicians to help them grow sustainable practices with strong clinical support, billing and scheduling tools, and a thriving peer network.

Therapists and psychologists can work in-person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid model, with compensation up to $95/hour for therapists and $100/hour for psychologists for insurance clients. Independent private pay options are also supported.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapists in Massachusetts.
• Experience building sustainable private practices is a plus.
• Comfort working with insurance-based and private-pay clients.

Responsibilities

• Support therapists in building a sustainable practice with Grow Therapy.
• Collaborate with provider success teams to optimize patient care and administrative workflows.
• Promote effective use of telehealth and hybrid service delivery.
