Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking fully licensed therapists who want to deepen their clinical impact while building a sustainable, supported, and connected practice. Partners receive credentialing with major insurers, billing support, an integrated EHR with scheduling and telehealth, and built-in compliance tools.

You can work in-person, via telehealth, or hybrid, with weekly direct deposit and compensation up to $91/hour for insurance clients.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist (state-specific licensure) required.
• Ability to credential with major insurers and navigate billing/claims.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Grow Therapy to build a sustainable, supported practice.
• Leverage Grow’s tools: EHR, scheduling, telehealth, and compliance features.
• Engage with provider success teams and payer navigation to optimize client care.
