Position Summary:
Malvern Community Health Services is seeking an IBHS Supervisor to join our team! The primary responsibilities include leading the team, managing relationships with children, families, and school communities, providing ongoing training and supervision to staff (BC, MT, & BHT), conducting client-centered case consultations, and providing crisis intervention and behavioral strategies.
Qualifications:
Licensed professionals holding an LBS, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
The IBHS Supervisor works independently and collaboratively to support Persons Served and their families through entry, care, engagement, referral, and transition processes within the MalvernCHS programs. They promote person-centered, recovery-oriented, and resiliency-driven care using a multidisciplinary approach to optimize outcomes in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and transitions. The Supervisor fosters a culture of respect, dignity, compassion, and teamwork.
