Qualifications

• Masters degree in behavioral health field.
• DORA licensure acceptable as LCSW, LMFT or LPC; must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates delivery of quality patient-centered behavioral health care, assessment, care planning, intervention, and referral.
• Works within licensure and provides leadership with other clinical personnel.
• Communicates with physician on psychosocial plan of care.
• Supports the philosophy and goals of the clinical area.
