Job summary
American Homestays, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across residential and commercial properties in the Baltimore area. This role is ideal for a licensed HVAC professional with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in occupied housing.
The position requires a Maryland HVAC license (Journeyman or Master) and EPA 608 certification, plus a minimum of 3 years'
Qualifications
- MD license (Journeyman or Master) required.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- 3+ years of experience servicing residential/commercial HVAC.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Own tools and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose airflow, thermostats, refrigerant, electrical issues and system performance.
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance.
- Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly.
- Support system upgrades and renovations as needed.
