Qualifications

• Connecticut HVAC license required (D2, S1, S2, or S10 - any one).
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Regular operation of a company vehicle; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
