About this role:

An HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing routine and emergency repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. Technicians must communicate effectively with customers, adhere to safety standards, and keep detailed records of their work. Strong technical skills, customer service, and compliance with industry standards are essential for success.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems.
• Diagnosing and servicing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Providing expert solutions and professional recommendations to customers.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Conditioned Air License for Georgia
• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably residential
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License with at least three years of driving experience
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Flexible team player, adaptable to dynamic environments.

Physical requirements:

• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, and using hand tools.
• Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
• Standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing.
• Using hands for handling objects and controls, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
