Job summary
Boston Children’s Hospital is hiring an HVAC Technician to manage the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. This role involves responding to service requests and troubleshooting various HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate must possess a High School diploma or GED and a Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License, with 1 year of relevant experience. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Qualifications
- High School/GED and up to one year of basic technical training.
- 1 year of HVAC experience required.
- Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License is required.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test, repair, and replace window air conditioning units.
- Respond to routine and emergency service requests.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
