Qualifications

• Licensed Commercial HVAC Journeyman with Valid EPA Certification.
• Basic math skills and ability to work with various tools.
• Experience in industrial facility maintenance covering HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and perform root cause analysis on assigned repairs.
• Document labor, parts, and materials in CMMS.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to job plans.

Skills

Licensed Commercial HVAC Journeyman

Fluent in English

Basic math skills

Experience in industrial facility maintenance

Knowledge of CMMS (preferably SAP)

Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency

Education

High school diploma or GED
