Job summary

Arronco Comfort Air in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time Licensed HVAC Installer to join our team. The role offers a competitive wage of $18 to $35 per hour, based on experience, and includes comprehensive benefits.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays or overtime. We are a family-owned HVAC, geothermal, and plumbing company serving Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license OR the hours necessary to obtain a license.
• Strong familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of installing a wide range of equipment.
• Ability to perform physical functions, including lifting over 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and sheet metal.

The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional Saturday work or overtime may be required to accommodate business needs.
