Job summary

Cline's Heating and Air in Spokane Valley is seeking a Licensed Electrician to own the electrical side of HVAC installations and service work. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential and light commercial settings.
• WA EL01 Journeyman Electrician required; Idaho license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Washington/Idaho codes.
• HVAC electrical work experience including mini-splits and panel upgrades preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical hookups/startups for HVAC equipment (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, water heaters).
• Install line and low voltage wiring for HVAC systems.
• Panel changes, upgrades, and service swaps for residential/light commercial work.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections in WA/ID.
• Ensure code compliance and high-quality workmanship on every job.
• Mentor/install crew on electrical best practices; maintain clean, organized jobsites.
