Job summary
EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician II for NAS Patuxent River. The role focuses on advanced maintenance, repair, and modernization of HVAC systems including multi-ton chillers, with an emphasis on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications
- Must have Maryland Journeyman License and EPA Certification.
- 4+ years advanced experience in maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of commercial HVAC systems.
- U.S. citizenship to access military installations.
- Pre-employment drug screening is required.
- Valid driver’s license with REAL ID readiness.
Responsibilities
- Work on Air-cooled chillers, pumps and water systems, and VRF systems.
- Test input & output voltage on building sensors/activators.
- Work on units up to light commercial, including mini-splits, VAVs and AHU.
- Use a multimeter to check voltage.
- Braze using a torch.
- Prepare work orders and cost materials estimates.
- Assist in teaching and guiding Technician I.
