Pillar To Post of Ocean County is hiring a licensed Home Inspector to join our team in New Jersey. This full-time role requires nights and weekends, and you will perform residential inspections across single-family homes, condos, and townhomes, evaluating structure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

You’ll communicate findings clearly to clients and represent the brand with professionalism. We require an NJ Licensed Home Inspector, with radon/7B license preferred (training available).

Qualifications

• NJ Licensed Home Inspector is required.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with ladders, crawlspaces, and physical activity.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home inspections (single-family, condos, townhomes)
• Evaluate major systems including structure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Communicate clearly with clients to help them understand your findings
