Qualifications

• Must hold a valid home inspector license and comply with state/local regs.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and organization, customer-focused.
• Maintain CE credits as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of residential properties including homes, condos, and apartments.
• Evaluate conditions of components and systems, reporting in line with standards.
• Communicate findings to clients clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients in understanding results and needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate inspection records with reports and photos.
• Uphold ethics and professionalism and support company growth.
