Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting, and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community outreach activities.
• Uphold the Belcare Promise by delivering our exclusive Nationwide Network of Care, ensuring high standards of service.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Maintain integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to dispense hearing instruments in Pennsylvania or Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree with qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication skills and a values-driven approach.
