Beltone Hearing Care Center, proudly owned and operated by MLM Hearing, LLC, is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in Nevada.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, dispense devices, educate patients, and participate in community outreach while delivering Belcare's Promise. We offer competitive compensation and strong benefits to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist license or Au.D. eligible.
• 1+ year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments.
• Strong communication, empathy, and a consultative patient-care approach.
• Proven ability to meet performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity.
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement
