Job Overview

As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent working remotely, you’ll help customers understand their coverage options, provide compassionate consultation on health-related products, and resolve their issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist individuals in understanding their health coverages and selecting suitable products.
2. Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound inquiries and follow-ups.
3. Respond to customer questions with empathy and active listening, offering the best solutions efficiently.
4. Identify additional customer needs and promote upgrades or additional products.
5. Complete sales or renewals of health plans that meet customer needs, with sales conversions expected.

Qualifications

• Current Health Insurance License in your state of residence.
• High-speed internet (>25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Minimum six months of sales experience.
• Ability to follow HIPAA privacy guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills, including empathy and active listening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer navigation skills, as the role is fully remote.
