What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inbound sales calls to assist clients in selecting appropriate ACA health insurance plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACA products and services to effectively advise clients
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize provided tools and technology to streamline the sales process and enhance client experience
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be actively licensed in 11+ states, including AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MO, OH, TX, and VA
- Proven experience in ACA sales with a track record of success
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote sales environment
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional licensing in more than 11 states
- Previous experience working in a fully remote sales team
- Familiarity with healthcare coverage options for seniors
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and sales tools quickly
