Pitch Health Solutions is seeking licensed Medicare agents to operate remotely in the United States. You will help beneficiaries compare and enroll in plans via phone, using a CMS-compliant, needs-based process. You’ll work with inbound calls from our dialer, with coaching from Team Leads and support on expanding non-resident licenses.

Compensation includes $20/hour plus up to $70 per deal in commission; 100% remote work with fast contracting and licensed floor support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medicare agent with an active Health or Life & Health license.
• 4+ active non-resident state licenses preferred; reimbursement after 90 days.
• Medicare/ACA knowledge or phone sales experience a plus.

The role

• You’ll help Medicare beneficiaries compare and enroll in plans that fit their needs, working fully remote and taking calls from people who are already shopping for coverage.
• Calls come to you through our dialer. You won’t be buying leads or prospecting.
• You’ll follow a compliant, needs-based sales process that meets CMS guidelines. Calls are recorded for quality and compliance.
• Team Leads support you day to day with coaching, call reviews, and help with tough cases.
• As you grow, we help expand your non-resident licenses so you can take calls from more states.

Requirements

• Active resident Health (or Life & Health) license
• 4+ active non-resident state licenses preferred. Don’t have them yet? We’ll reimburse the cost after 90 days on our licensed floor.
• Medicare/AHIP certification preferred; we can help you get it
• Experience in Medicare, ACA, or phone sales is a plus but not required
• Professional phone presence and comfort with a CRM and dialer
• Strong, reliable internet connection (Ethernet preferred), a computer, and a quiet place to work
