Job Title : Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Overview : We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicare insurance products, providing expert guidance to clients seeking health insurance solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the health insurance market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Educate and advise clients on their options for ACA, Medicare and supplemental insurance plans based on their individual needs and circumstances.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and use consultative selling techniques to tailor insurance solutions that meet or exceed the clients expectations.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring compliance with insurance laws and regulations. Ability to close 6-10 deals daily.
- Address and escalate issues or unique cases to supervisory staff.
- Maintain a positive and consistent work routine.
- Ensure all agreements are finalized with accurate documentation and compliance.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of all sales and transactions.
- Participate in community events and seminars to promote the agency and generate leads.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients, resolving any issues and maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Health Insurance License in Florida (and ability to become licensed in multiple states).
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Telesales Insurance Agent with a strong focus on ACA and Medicare products.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using technology to manage client communications, applications, and documents. Ability to use multiple software platforms (e.g., CRM, Sunfire (Medicare enrollment platform), etc.).
- Bilingual (Spanish / English or Creole / English) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience working in a call center is a plus.

Expected hours : 40 per week / Mon - Fri
Supplemental Pay :
- License / Certification : Health Insurance License FFM certified 2025 (Required)
- AHIP Certification is required.
