NOW HIRING REMOTE LICENSED HEALTHCARE SALES REPS!

***Must have an active health insurance sales license to be considered***

The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor’s responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans. They advise Pre-Medicare eligible recipients on their options through Medicare education, needs analysis, and assisting in plan selection. Customer service is also part of the role. BAs must uphold integrity, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and produce quality work.

***PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - NO COLD CALLING***

  • Provide a “WOW” experience at all customer touchpoints
  • Pass licensing exam, AHIP, and carrier certifications annually
  • Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug, vision, and dental enrollments
  • Identify Medicare prospects' needs and recommend suitable plans
  • Enroll retirees compliantly by reading scripts verbatim
  • Meet or exceed performance indicators
  • Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate information
  • Manage appointments and follow-ups
  • Respond to voicemails and chat requests within 24 hours
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Deliver positive customer experiences ethically and professionally
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office; experience with multiple screens is a plus
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and information
  • Articulate complex details simply to customers with varying knowledge levels
  • Maintain active resident health insurance license and any state-required riders
  • Follow specific processes for test calls
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Perfect Fit:

  • Active Health License
  • At least one year of sales experience
  • At least one season of health sales experience
  • At least one season of Medicare sales experience
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour.
