Job summary

Barqz Beauty Lounge & Wellness Spa in Jamaica, Queens, is hiring licensed hairstylists and braiders. The role involves cuts, color, styling, braids, extensions, and protective styles. You will consult with clients and maintain a clean, compliant station, building and retaining a personal clientele while using the Vagaro system.

A versatile stylist who does both cutting/coloring and braiding is a big plus, with bilingual ability considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Cosmetology license for cutting, color and styling.
• Strong skills across all hair types and textures.
