Schedule & Requirements

• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
• Part-time position
• 3-4 days a week (let us know if you are looking for additional days)
• 6 hour shifts (9am-3pm/10am-4pm)

This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Duties

• Provide a wide range of cosmetology services including, but not limited to: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, and roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with the community
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on building rapport
• Experience working in a senior living environment and with clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other special needs is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Additional Information

• Follow all State, Federal, and CDC guidelines for safety
• Prioritize safety of team members and clients

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk regularly
• Reach with hands and arms regularly
• Stand for a minimum of 6 hours
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Stooping, kneeling, and crouching frequently
