Job summary

Hair Cuttery is hiring Licensed Hair Stylists in the United States. Your income comes from a strong guest book, service and retail commissions, and tips. Earn $45–$88+ per hour, with $100K+ annual potential for top stylists, plus up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your business.

We provide training, marketing support, and a path to higher earnings. A valid cosmetology license, weekend/night availability, and ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; we’ll help grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircutting, coloring, and styling services.
• Consult with guests to determine the best looks and products.
• Help grow guest loyalty and boost earnings through service and retail commissions.
