Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking Licensed Hair Stylists who can turn talent into serious earnings. With 30+ hours and strong guest loyalty, top stylists earn an average of $45 to $88+ per hour, with $100K+ within reach.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-Level Career Ladder, and 12 Price Levels to grow your earning potential as demand for your skills rises. Your pay is based on performance, with incentives from service, retail commissions and tips.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; we’ll help grow it from day one.

Responsibilities
