Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current credentials as a Licensed Hair Stylist
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair coloring, styling, and hair care treatments
• Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management
• Proficiency in using tools such as straight razors for precision cuts and grooming services
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their desired outcomes
• Ability to perform hair extensions installation, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care services when needed
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
• Familiarity with retail math principles for upselling products confidently while enhancing customer satisfaction
• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
