SmartStyle Salon, located inside Walmart in Marshall, Missouri, is seeking a Hair Stylist / Hair Designer. You will provide exceptional guest service, consult with clients, and perform services such as cuts, color, highlights, waxing, and more in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO – HAIR STYLIST / DESIGNER

You’ll provide exceptional guest service, understand each guest’s needs, provide quality consultations, and perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

You need good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

You’ll be standing, moving, lifting, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements throughout the workday. You should be comfortable occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.

Our salon services involve chemicals and fragrances, so you must be comfortable working around salon products, fragrances, and chemicals.
