SmartStyle Salon, located inside Walmart, is seeking a Hair Stylist / Hair Designer to deliver high-quality hair services and exceptional guest experiences. The role includes performing haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and other services with supportive training and tools in a fast-paced salon environment.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for professional growth within a leading salon franchise

WHAT YOU’LL DO – HAIR STYLIST / DESIGNER

You’ll provide exceptional guest service, understand each guest’s needs, provide quality consultations, and perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

You need good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

You’ll be standing, moving, lifting, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements throughout the workday. You should be comfortable occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.

Our salon services involve chemicals and fragrances, so you must be comfortable working around salon products, fragrances, and chemicals.
