SmartStyle Salons in Las Cruces, New Mexico is hiring licensed hair stylists for full-time and part-time roles. The position requires a valid New Mexico Cosmetology or Barber license and offers a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing
• Conduct thorough client consultations
• Maintain a friendly, guest‑focused environment
• Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology
• Assist with end‑of‑day administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico Cosmetology or Barber License
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Compensation & Benefits

• Average earnings of $23–$43/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
