Job summary

SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is hiring licensed stylists to deliver exceptional guest experiences and grow their careers in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Licensed professionals will provide cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing, conduct client consultations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere using modern salon tools and technology; flexible evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircare services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to tailor services.
