Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Maryland licensure (LGPC) in Silver Spring, MD to provide telehealth and in-person sessions. Eligible for a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a LGPC.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Maryland.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor (DSM-5) preferred.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients via telehealth and in-office sessions.
• Build a full caseload and document progress using EHR tools.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure quality care and client progress.
