Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency serving geriatric residents in Ohio’s nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We seek a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to provide individualized care and therapy on-site.

The role involves evaluating clients, creating care plans, coordinating with care teams, monitoring progress, maintaining records, and delivering talk therapy with evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Social Worker (LSW/LISW) or Counselor (LPC) in Ohio.
• Experience delivering talk therapy and behavioral health interventions.
• Ability to coordinate with nursing home staff and case managers.

Responsibilities
