Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited mortuary science program.
• Pass the Arts and Sciences sections of the National Board Examination.
• Previous funeral service experience preferred; internship candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations governing funeral service and related laws.
• Conduct arrangement conferences with families to plan services, make recommendations, and ensure accurate execution.
• Deliver and follow through on service details to ensure complete family satisfaction, honoring special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of funeral service options, merchandise, and related costs.
• Coordinate, direct, and assist with funeral, memorial, graveside, and cremation services.
