Job summary

Rogers Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to coordinate daily warehouse activities in Bear, Delaware. You will receive and unload materials, verify orders, and handle related transactions in our computer system. The role includes labeling, cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse experience, with willingness to obtain forklift certification. Proficiency with PIT equipment is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience.
• Willing and able to become a licensed forklift operator.
• Willing and able to use tools, lift and move devices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities in the warehouse.
• Receive and unload incoming material manually or with equipment.
• Verify orders and check for damaged material.
• Perform shipping/receiving related transactions in computer system.
• Assist with labeling paperwork necessary for shipment of material.
• Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with nonconforming material process and hold tags.
• Maintain a safe work environment, keep area clean.
• Utilize powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts and motorized hand trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
