Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a forklift operator to load, unload, and move materials within the facility. You will be responsible for safe forklift operation, daily inspections, and accurate paperwork to support production schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of forklift experience and manufacturing familiarity, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (3+ years)
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to read and follow factory instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
• Excellent teamwork and communication required

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for forklift safely and qualify to operate the forklift
• Complete and document forklift inspections before shifts and report repairs
• Locate stock before runs and adhere to production schedules
• Deliver stock to machines on time and complete paperwork accurately
• Generate required reports (production data, machine status, safety and quality data)
• Maximize equipment utilization and support process improvements
• Handle special projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
