Job summary

NOREL Service Co., Inc. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to inspect, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair water-based fire protection systems across Massachusetts.

You will ensure compliance with NFPA standards and the Massachusetts Fire Code, while delivering top-tier customer service. Ideal candidates have a MA license, at least 1 year of fire sprinkler experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Sprinkler Fitter License
• Minimum 1 year of fire sprinkler service, inspection, or installation experience
• Knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25 and Massachusetts Fire Code
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair water-based fire protection systems.
• Coordinate inspections with local AHJs.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and deficiency records.
• Communicate system conditions and recommended repairs to customers.
• Work safely and maintain high quality workmanship.
• Perform small sprinkler installations and tenant improvements.
