Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with securities licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and progress to advisory roles. You’ll learn to build and manage client relationships and guide clients through financial solutions in a structured, in-branch setting.

Upon licensing, you advance towards a broader advisory role within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by the Academy and ongoing coaching.
