Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions' Commercial Division is seeking a licensed, field-driven leader who executes and troubleshoots installations, supports commissioning efforts, and leads by example. This role strengthens field quality and technical depth under the Electrical Supervisor.

Responsibilities include leading PV, BESS, and EVSE installation tasks, interpreting plans, coordinating with trades, mentoring technicians, and ensuring safety and code-compliant workmanship.

Qualifications

• Active NC electrical license (Unlimited preferred).
• 4+ years commercial electrical installation experience.
• Solar/BESS/EVSE project experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small crew.
• Comfortable with inspections and punch list closeout.
