Job Description

We are seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Estheticians to join our upscale spa in Huntington Beach. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact within a growing organization. The spa provides a luxurious environment with a world-class staff and innovative treatments, from hot stone therapy to tropical body smoothies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Analyzing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
2. Focusing efforts on member satisfaction.
3. Opportunities for growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license
• At least one year of salon or spa experience
• Training in facial and body waxing
• Ability to handle difficult client situations
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly; passionate and knowledgeable about fitness
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to adopt new techniques and ideas
• Computer literate

Pay

Transparency: $49.40-$76.00 per session; $16.50/hour (non-session work); potential for incentive pay based on services.
