FGG Spa, LLC, a Hand & Stone franchisee in Winston-Salem, is expanding its licensed esthetician team to serve members and guests. We offer high-quality skincare, personalized long-term plans, and a client-focused experience.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and join a program that emphasizes education, training, and advancement. Expect ongoing hands-on training, workshops, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client\'s skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
