Job summary

Hand & Stone Monroe is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment; it’s a chance to make a positive impact on our clients’ lives with customized long‑term plans and advanced services.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain your license, carry liability insurance, follow licensing laws, and deliver world class experiences. You’ll design progressive homecare regimens, communicate clearly with clients and spa

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in NC (or applicable state)
• Active Esthetics license in the state
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience through top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
