Job summary

Hand & Stone Willow Grove is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians. We’re seeking skilled professionals who deliver exceptional facial treatments, create personalized skincare plans, and educate clients on homecare routines. As part of our team, you will maintain licensing, comply with regulations, and strive to meet sales and performance goals while delivering world-class service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities
