Job summary

Hand & Stone Glen Mills is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests with personalized facials and skincare. We believe skincare is a transformative experience and focus on long-term treatment plans that build relationships with clients.

As an esthetician, you will maintain your license, carry liability coverage, and adhere to licensing laws while delivering world-class service, achieving sales goals, and participating in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to clients.
• Design and prescribe progressive skincare plans.
• Deliver world-class client experiences and effectively communicate with clients.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as guided by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
