Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is seeking licensed estheticians to join Hand & Stone Wesley Chapel. You will provide expert skincare services, tailor long-term treatment plans, and educate clients to boost satisfaction and results.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws. You will drive client outcomes, meet sales goals, and engage in ongoing training within a growth-focused franchisee context.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic treatments and skincare services.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and homecare.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and client safety.
• Meet or exceed sales and service targets set by spa leadership.
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and product education.

As an Esthetician, you will
